As event coordinators, we are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events to meet our client’s goals and expectations. We ensure every detail is managed seamlessly—from initial concept development to day-of event coordination. Together, we handle logistics, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee ALL things to create exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Coordination Packages begin at $750.

• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining reports, documents, expense reports, and confidential materials.

• Coordinating and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

• Providing general administrative and office support such as filing, typing, and maintaining database

• Conducting research and market analysis to assist executives in decision-making and strategic planning.

Private Childcare/Nanny

We provide personalized care for children in their home environment, working closely with parents to support the upbringing and daily needs of the children.

Tutor

We work closely with students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles, then tailor lessons to meet their specific needs and goals. Teaching methods often include homework review, explaining concepts, asking questions to develop critical thinking, and fostering independent learning skills

Rates begin at:

$28 for consistent childcare

$40 for tutoring
